We are delighted to announce that we successfully passed the rigorous audit process of our management system and have been recommended for ISO 9001:2008 certification in Ugandan, Rwandan and our Group operations.

This internationally recognized prestigious award for quality is an International Standard in use worldwide as a benchmark for Quality.

The award will recognize our commitment to an exceptional quality of service. With only around 3% of International Telecoms Managed service providers holding this Certificate, this process will validate that we are at the forefront of quality service and customer care that is not only world-class, but beyond.

Ever since we began, we have always believed that our offering to our customers should be of the highest quality. Careful recording of all business functions, requirements and outcomes is a vital part of ensuring we give our customers the best. It also allows us to follow up queries, provide support and customer care long after an order has been completed.
